1. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the United States.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $50.

We source our products from trusted suppliers and distributors and conduct quality checks before shipping to ensure accuracy and condition.

4. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at service@wewepretty.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
5. What if my order is missing items?
For any shortage or missing item claims, an unboxing video is required as proof. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and all contents inside. Claims without valid video evidence may not be accepted.
6. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations may not be possible once the order has been placed. Please contact us immediately if you need assistance.
7. What if my package is marked as delivered but I didn’t receive it?
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will assist where possible but are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
8. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
