Due to the nature of beauty and personal care products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there is an issue with your order.

For any shortage or missing item claim, an unboxing video is required as proof. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the contents inside. Claims without video evidence may not be accepted.
